Pattaya's free seaside jazz weekend is back. The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) lists the Pattaya International Jazz Festival 2026 in its November event calendar, published on 29 October, for Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November on Pattaya Beach in Chon Buri. The event is organised by Pattaya City with the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, and both The Pattaya News and Pattaya Mail report that admission is free.

The headline act is the American saxophonist Kenny G, who also played the festival in 2023. Pattaya Mail reports that this year's edition carries an "Eco Jazz" theme with a focus on sustainability, and The Pattaya News says the city wants the open-air concerts, set against the sunset over the bay, to strengthen Pattaya's image as a city of international music, art and culture.

The running order reported so far

According to the schedule published by The Pattaya News on 28 October, the food zone opens at 4pm on both days on Central Pattaya Beach. On Friday 6 November the stage programme begins at 5.30pm with JDI, followed by Groovy Doopy featuring Rachael and Adam at 6pm, the opening ceremony at 7pm, The Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band at 7.30pm, Tosh Kugai at 8.30pm, The Shang Sisters at 9.30pm and Ben Chalatit at 10.30pm.

On Saturday 7 November the music starts at 6pm with 808 Band, followed by the Rattanakosin Breakin Crew at 7pm, Amp Saowaluck at 8pm and WIM at 9pm, before Kenny G takes the stage at 10pm. Running orders for free outdoor events can change at short notice, so it is worth checking the city's official PR Pattaya channels before you set off.

Practical points

At a readiness meeting reported by The Pattaya News on 30 October, Deputy Mayor Damrongkiat Pinijkarn asked agencies to prioritise security, order and convenience for residents and tourists, and officials reviewed traffic arrangements for the event. There will be no general booth sales; the shops inside the festival area are being selected and coordinated by the Business and Tourism Association.

If you live in Pattaya or Jomtien, expect Beach Road and the surrounding sois to be busier than usual on both evenings, especially on the Saturday, and allow extra time if you are driving or taking a baht bus. Visitors coming from Bangkok for the weekend may want to book accommodation early. For enquiries, The Pattaya News lists the city's 1337 hotline and the LINE account @prpattaya.

The jazz weekend is one of several events on TAT's November calendar for the city, which also includes the Pattaya International Fireworks Festival on Pattaya Beach on 27 and 28 November.
